Objective Two
Reduce equity gaps by 20% by end of Academic Year 2023
- School directors analyze course grades at end of each semester to identify courses with impactful equity gaps and/or high D/F/W/U grades
- Directors discuss student outcomes with individual faculty to identify possible reasons underlying unequal outcomes
- Faculty Development and Instructional Design will provide resources to assist faculty in helping students achieve better outcomes
