NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS

The sculpture area of the NIU School of Art and Design is hosting a visiting artist talk with sculptor Chris Bradley, Tuesday, February 12 at 5 p.m. in Jack Arends Hall, the visual arts building.

Chris Bradley, born 1982, USA, is an artist based in Chicago working predominantly in the field of sculpture. His recent exhibition history includes solo shows at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Shane Campbell Gallery (Chicago), Roberto Paradise (San Juan), and the Museum of Contemporary Art Raleigh, and group shows at The Renaissance Society (Chicago), NRW-Forum (Düsseldorf), Atlanta Contemporary Art Center, Museum of Contemporary Art Santa Barbara, Marlborough Broome Street (New York), and Adams and Ollman Gallery (Portland).

He has been working as an educator at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago since 2010.
