Dance students at NIU will be performing the number that took them all the way to the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.
This year’s Fall Dance Concert features “ENUF,” the award-winning original dance created by professor Paula Frasz that the School of Theatre and Dance students performed in Washington.
Born to protest the barrage of brutality against minorities, “ENUF” addresses the history of oppression, suppression, and violence against minority groups.
In addition, this dance concert will also be a celebration of the many facets of dance expression including modern, classical, and contemporary ballet and jazz.
Performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. November 15 through 17, with 2:00 p.m. matinees on November 17 and 18. Tickets are available online and at the Stevens Building Box Office.
