Embark on an unforgettable journey with South Africa’s famed storyteller, Rob Caskie, as he vividly brings to life the extraordinary saga of Ernest Shackleton’s Antarctic expedition, and learn how he has built a 24-year professional career out of storytelling as he reveals his formula and success strategies.
Caskie will be lecturing in the Music Building Recital Hall from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m., Thursday, March 7, with a special appearance by NIU’s mascot, Mission III. The event is free.
You will also have two chances to see him put his Shackelton expertise on display, as he will be discussing the expedition at the NIU Naperville campus, Wednesday, March 6 at 5 p.m. and on campus at the Barsema Visitor and Alumni Center, Thursday March 7 at 5 p.m.
