NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS

The NIU Philharmonic Orchestra kicks off the fall concert schedule with ¡Vamos! a Latino Heritage Month Concert. The performance features pieces written by artists from Colombia (Josh Rodriguez), Argentina (Ángel Villoldo), Chile (Alfonso Leng), Puerto Rico (Angélica Negrón), Peru (Daniel Robles), Brazil (Zequinha de Abreu), and Mexico (Silvestre Revueltas).

The concert will be held Friday, September 27 at 7 p.m. in Boutell Memorial Concert Hall in the NIU Music Building. Tickets are available online at go.niu.edu/music-tickets.
