The Northern Illinois School of Music presents the 2018 Winter Horn Fest Friday, February 2, in the Music Building on the main campus. This day-long event offers programming focused on high school horn players and will address challenges, issues, and concerns that are specific to intermediate horn players. The event features the Alloy Horn Quartet in masterclass and recital.
